Position Responsibilities
• Mount Sinai Heart Institute is affiliated with New York's prestigious Columbia University. This partnership combines the strengths of two leaders in cardiovascular care, enhancing the outstanding level of service and providing greater access to state-of-the-art technology, research and treatment options.
• Mount Sinai's cardiologists are highly qualified in treating a wide range of problems - from arrhythmia and atrial fibrillation, to congenital heart disease, pulmonary hypertension and other diseases of the heart.
• We are specifically interested in a senior Heart Failure cardiologist board certified in Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology with at least 3 years practice experience and an interest in a Director role. Qualified physicians should be willing to participate in clinical practice, research and teaching in our various locations throughout Miami Dade County.
Qualifications
  • Board certified/Board Eligible in Advanced Heart Failure with excellent clinical training
  • 3+ years practice experience and an interest in a Director role
  • Adaptable colleague interested in building an inpatient and outpatient practice and willing to expand practice to satellite centers
  • Those with a strong interest in research are encouraged to apply
