  • Drive consistency and excellence through rigorous quality assurance processes, audits, and performance benchmarks.
  • Maintains knowledge of all federal, state, and local government regulations impacting community food and beverage services, especially those related to food safety and CMS.
  • Participates in developing or changing policies as needed based on regulatory changes.

  • Mentor and elevate dining leaders to embody a service ethos grounded in professionalism, presence, and personalized resident engagement.
  • Champion ongoing training that blends technical excellence with the art of hospitality.
  • Conduct immersive site visits, delivering high-level coaching and strategic insight to continuously elevate performance.

Financial Leadership & Value Creation:

  • Provide oversight of financial performance, balancing elevated experiences with disciplined cost management and profitability.
  • Drive strategic initiatives that enhance revenue, optimize labor and product costs, and improve overall operational efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to procurement strategies and leverage scale to maximize value while maintaining premium quality standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or related field required, advanced degree preferred. Additional training or certification in healthcare administration, food safety, or regulatory compliance is a plus.
  • 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hospitality, hotels, resorts, healthcare dining, or multi-unit food and beverage operations; senior living, post-acute care, or hospital experience strongly preferred.
  • Prior Regional Food & Beverage Director or equivalent multi-unit leadership experience preferred with demonstrated success operating in regulated environments, including familiarity with healthcare compliance standards and survey readiness.
  • Proven track record of elevating guest and resident dining experiences to luxury standards while aligning with clinical, nutritional, and regulatory requirements in healthcare or senior living settings.

  • Strong business acumen with experience managing complex Profit & Loss statements across multiple locations, balancing cost control, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams through regulatory surveys and audits, ensuring documentation, training, and operational practices consistently meet or exceed CMS and state requirements.
