Key responsibilities

  • Design and maintain brand systems, visual identity, guidelines, templates, and asset libraries.

  • Create marketing and campaign materials across various channels including web, social media, email, print, and direct mail.

  • Design marketing materials for the education platform, sales collateral, event signage, booth graphics, and client practice marketing assets.

Job description

We're hiring a Senior Graphic Designer to be the design engine across the portfolio. This is a hands-on production role with real creative judgment attached — you'll be designing daily, but you'll also be the person who decides how something should look, defends that decision, and keeps our brands consistent as we scale.

The person who thrives here is fast, versatile, opinionated about craft, and comfortable owning work end to end without a lot of hand-holding. You should be able to take a one-line brief and come back with something better than what was asked for.

What you'll own

Brand systems. Maintain and evolve visual identity across GO Media's business lines. Build and enforce the guidelines, templates, and asset libraries that let the rest of the organization move without needing you for every request.

Marketing and campaign design. Landing pages, paid and organic social, email, ads, print, direct mail, and lead-gen collateral across all business lines.

Product and education design. Marketing materials for our education platform — web pages, onboarding materials, in-app announcements, help content, and sales collateral. Comfort with UI conventions is a plus; this is not a full product design role, but you'll work next to one.

Sales and partner materials. Pitch decks, one-pagers, sponsorship packages, and co-branded assets for national partners. These go in front of executives at large organizations and need to look like it.

Events and experiential. Signage, booth graphics, stage and screen design, printed programs, swag, and on-site collateral for live events, with real print production deadlines.

Client practice marketing. Design for orthodontic practice clients, including practice branding, patient-facing materials, and campaign assets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional design experience, with meaningful time in an agency, in-house marketing team, or fast-moving brand environment
  • A portfolio showing range — brand systems, digital campaign work, print and large-format, and presentation design
  • Static expertise; motion a plus
  • Expert command of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Real print production experience: specs, bleeds, proofs, vendor coordination, and hitting a hard ship date
  • The ability to work on six things at once without losing quality or dropping the seventh
  • Strong written and verbal communication — you can explain why a design decision was made to someone who isn't a designer
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity and a bias toward making a call rather than waiting for one
Nice to have
  • Healthcare, dental, or orthodontic marketing experience
  • Motion graphics and short-form video editing
  • Basic HTML/CSS familiarity or hands-on experience in Webflow, WordPress, or similar
  • Photography or photo direction
  • Experience designing within a design system for a software product
How we work

We move quickly and we're direct with each other. Feedback is specific and fast, and we expect the same coming back at us. We'd rather someone tell us a brief is wrong on Monday than deliver something they didn't believe in on Friday.

You'll have real ownership of your work. You'll also have real deadlines, and some of them are driven by events and partners that don't move.

Benefits

Why GO Media

We're small enough that what you build gets used immediately and you can see its impact directly. We're serious enough about AI that we've already invested in it as a discipline rather than a buzzword. And we work in regulated verticals where doing this well requires actual judgment, not just tool access.

How to Apply

Send your resume along with a link to your portfolio and/or relevant work samples. Including context and rationale is a plus!

GO Media is an equal opportunity employer. We're committed to building a team with a range of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
