Job Summary:
The Graphic Designer supports the development of omni-channel creative campaigns, contributing to digital, print, and experiential design projects. This role collaborates closely with the Creative Team to produce brand-consistent visuals that align with marketing objectives and enhance customer engagement.
As a key contributor, the Graphic Designer brings fresh ideas and strong design fundamentals to Advance enterprise brands. This role is ideal for a designer with solid foundational skills who is eager to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What will you do?
  • Execute design deliverables across digital, print, and in-store channels including social media, email, web graphics, signage, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and timelines.
  • Assist in translating creative briefs into visually compelling concepts that support brand and business objectives.
  • Partner with Copy/Content teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across assets.
  • Source and edit imagery, graphics, and visual elements to support campaign needs.
  • Apply brand guidelines consistently across all creative outputs.
  • Participate in team reviews and incorporate feedback to refine designs.
  • Support senior designers and production artists with layout, formatting, and asset preparation.
  • Stay current on design trends and tools to contribute fresh ideas to the team.

Location & Work Availability:
This position is Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote), based at our corporate headquarters in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Canva or Figma is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design work across digital and print channels.
  • Solid understanding of design principles including layout, typography, and color.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g. WorkFront, Asana, Trello) is helpful but not required.

Certifications, Experience, and Education:
  • 2-4 years of professional design experience, preferably in retail, consumer goods, or agency settings.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Or, equivalent combination of education and experience.
