Job description

IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Production Associate to join our Print & Instruction team. In this role, you will help coordinate the production of high-quality instructional materials for Takeoff, IXL's breakthrough new core math curriculum. You will coordinate graphic design work, review designs for accuracy and visual style, and create instructional slide decks for teachers. Your attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills, visual eye, and commitment to quality will make personalized learning a reality for millions of students. #LI-EM1

This position requires you to be in our Raleigh, NC, area office.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Coordinate the creation of high quality print materials for Takeoff by IXL
  • Review new print designs for accuracy and visual appeal
  • Review edits to existing print designs, ensuring that the right changes were made and that no errors got introduced
  • Create instructional slide decks based on design templates in Google Slides
  • Communicate with project stakeholders on progress toward deadlines
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Education, Math, English, Communications, Liberal Arts, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Creative eye for formatting and design layout
  • Experience with proofreading or editing is a plus
  • Interest or experience with graphic design is a plus
  • Ability to be efficient and organized while working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Interest in K-12 education
