Scopely is looking for a Senior Producer to join our WWE Champions team in the US or Canada on a remote basis.

WWE Champions is our ultimate and unique RPG puzzle match game featuring WWE superstars and legends across mobile and PC platforms. WWE Champions is the most downloaded WWE game to date, with a highly engaged and passionate community - who will remain undefeated?

What You Will Do

We are looking for an experienced Senior Producer to help drive execution, accountability, and operational excellence across WWE Champions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in highly complex live-service environments and enjoys bringing structure, predictability, and clarity to fast-moving teams.

This role reports to the Executive Producer and will play a key role in shaping how WWE Champions delivers value to players while operating as a healthy, sustainable live service.

  • Own production oversight for a portfolio of features, LiveOps initiatives, and strategic roadmap investments
  • Translate product strategy into actionable plans, milestones, dependencies, and release schedules
  • Drive execution across multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring teams remain aligned, accountable, and focused on delivery
  • Identify and manage risks, blockers, dependencies, and scope changes while providing clear mitigation plans
  • Facilitate release planning, launch readiness, and cross-functional coordination across Product, Design, Engineering, QA, Analytics, and Live Operations
  • Partner with studio leadership to improve operational efficiency, delivery predictability, and production best practices
  • Provide clear communication, status reporting, delivery forecasts, and risk assessments to stakeholders

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of production experience in games, software, or live-service products, including 3+ years in a Senior Producer or equivalent leadership role
  • Proven track record delivering complex features from concept through launch on a live-service product
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams across multiple disciplines, stakeholders, and time zones
  • Strong expertise in planning, dependency management, risk management, release planning, and operational execution
  • Deep understanding of LiveOps, monetization systems, player engagement, and live-service development
  • Advanced experience with Jira and production workflows, including reporting, process improvement, and project tracking
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, with the ability to drive alignment and accountability across teams
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments, managing ambiguity, and balancing short-term business priorities with long-term team health

  • Experience with collection RPGs, gacha systems, progression economies, or wrestling games
  • Experience working with distributed internal and external development teams
  • Experience managing production within a legacy codebase or mature live-service product
