The NOC Operations Analyst supports the monitoring, analysis, and planning of network-wide operational readiness across the organization. This role analyzes operational trends, supports event readiness planning, and develops operational insights that improve network performance, disruption response, and overall operational preparedness.

The position works closely with NOC Coordinators, field operations, and cross-functional teams to identify operational risks, evaluate readiness for major events, and provide leadership with data-driven insights that strengthen network resilience and operational efficiency.

Minimum Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience in aviation operations, network operations centers, or complex operational environments.

  • Experience supporting operational monitoring, readiness planning, or disruption coordination in aviation or network-based operations.

  • Strong understanding of aviation operations, operational disruptions, and network coordination.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support planning and coordination for major events, seasonal demand surges, and other high-volume operational periods. 

  • Track readiness planning progress across locations and identify potential operational gaps. 

  • Assist in developing readiness frameworks, operational playbooks, and coordination procedures for network events and disruptions. 

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and operational reporting tools that analyze network trends and operational performance. 

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of event readiness planning, IRROPS response, ECC activations, and network coordination efforts. 

  • Identify operational trends and provide recommendations to improve network efficiency, coordination, and preparedness. 

  • Support leadership with executive reporting and performance analysis related to operational readiness and network performance. 

  • Provide analytical and coordination support during major operational disruptions, high-volume events, and ECC activations. 

  • Assist leadership in assessing network conditions and identifying operational priorities during significant events. 

  • Conduct post-event reviews and operational analysis to identify improvement opportunities and strengthen future readiness. 

  • Partner with NOC Coordinators to evaluate network conditions, monitor emerging operational risks, and support coordinated response efforts. 

  • Provide analytical and coordination support for complex operational scenarios or major events when additional support is required. 

  • Ensure operational insights and lessons learned are captured and incorporated into readiness planning and operational playbooks. 

  • Identify opportunities to enhance network visibility, operational coordination, and readiness planning processes. 

  • Support development of tools, reporting capabilities, and operational frameworks that improve the effectiveness of the NOC and field operations.

  • Strong operational awareness and analytical thinking. 
  • Ability to assess operational risk and prioritize issues in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Experience with Power BI, data analysis, or operational reporting tools. 
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills. 
  • Ability to remain calm and effective during operational disruptions or high-pressure situations. 
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-support capabilities. 
  • Proactive and operationally minded with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to travel occasionally (approximately 10-20%) to support operational readiness planning, site coordination, and major events across the network.
