Job Summary
The Senior Treasury Operations Analyst is a key member of the Bank's Treasury team, supporting Treasury's cash management operations. This role reports to the Treasury Manager and plays a critical role in building efficient Treasury processes to support the Bank's continued growth.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Own key aspects of the strategic partner settlement process, including maintaining and updating the settlement schedules; releasing wire, ACH and RTP transactions; researching discrepancies; and ensuring settlement activities are completed accurately and on time.
  • Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve settlement and payment-related matters, working directly with Strategic Partners and internal parties to determine root causes and implement effective, sustainable solutions.
  • Serve as one of key Treasury contact for Strategic Partners on settlement and payment-related matters.
  • Support VP, Treasury and Treasury Manager in identifying and implementing opportunities to automate, streamline, and scale Treasury processes, reducing manual activities and operational risk while improving accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain, document and continuously improve treasury procedures and controls supporting daily cash management and settlement activities.
  • Collaborate with Finance department personnel on various reporting and reconciliation tasks, as required.
  • Support the VP, Treasury and Treasury Manager with ad-hoc requests.
