Key Responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst
- Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning processes
- Prepare and enhance recurring financial reporting packages and executive presentations
- Develop financial models to support revenue forecasting, profitability analysis, and operational planning
- Perform variance analysis and identify key drivers impacting business performance
- Partner with business leaders to gather assumptions, validate data, and support planning initiatives
- Serve as a key liaison between Finance and Systems teams to ensure forecasting and budgeting platforms function effectively
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting, improve processes, and increase analytical capabilities
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and strategic projects for executive leadership
Qualifications for the Senior Financial Analyst
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
- 3–5 years of direct FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, or business analytics experience
- Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling required
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
- Experience working with large data sets and complex financial models
- Strong understanding of financial statements and GAAP concepts
- Oracle Planning, Oracle EPM, Hyperion, and/or SmartView experience preferred
- Hospitality, vacation ownership, timeshare, travel, or consumer-facing industry experience strongly preferred
- Experience presenting financial information to senior leadership preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
