Job description

JOB TITLE: Senior Financial Analyst | PAY RANGE: $75,000–$90,000 | TYPE: Onsite / Must be local to NH

Prototek is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing finance team. Reporting directly to the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, this position will play an important role in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and operational decision-making across the organization.

The ideal candidate is an analytical and collaborative finance professional who can translate financial and operational data into meaningful business insights. You’ll partner with leaders across Accounting, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and other functions to identify performance drivers, improve reporting, and support informed decision-making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Analyze financial results, trends, and operational performance.
  • Prepare recurring financial reports, KPI dashboards, and ad hoc analyses.
  • Develop financial models that support business planning and decision-making.
  • Partner with site and department leaders to understand performance drivers.
  • Improve and automate financial reporting and FP&A processes.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of financial reporting, accounting, month-end close, or FP&A experience.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
