Job Description

Act as lead Financial Business Partner for the Operations Business Unit and own delivery of Financial Performance Management, Financial Planning (3 year Business Planning, Annual Planning, Monthly Estimates), and strategic direction and target setting

People leader: coaching, mentoring, motivation and development of 2 employees

Participate in and challenge the monthly Supply and Demand planning done in Americas through great insight and SOP understanding; ensure right trade off discussion in Americas and Global including incorporating a financial perspective to the discussions

Collect and consolidate SOP knowledge in Finance and work with stakeholder in Finance and in the rest of the organization on all levels

Responsible for the Americas Process and Consolidation area, supporting all of Americas Market Finance

Execute tactical implementation of Finance Business Plan and Finance collaboration structure

Engage as member of Business Unit leadership team to influence and impact financial and non-financial decisions

Embed Financial Stewardship into organization

Provide ad hoc financial support, training, etc.

Shape and drive own agenda in line with company Strategy

Act as BU "CFO" and be acknowledged as such

Ensure and apply E2E thinking in own area and in rest of the organization; responsible for own area and employees areas 

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 7 years Financial Planning and Analysis or transferable finance/accounting experience; MBA or Finance Master degree is preferred

Working with finance in a strategic context e.g. supporting top management in developing business plans

Explain financial impact / consequences to management as well as line and service area

Stakeholder management: Negotiate, dare to take constructive conflicts, proper communication

People Leadership

Experience working with SOP from a finance angle

Strong Microsoft Excel skills

SAP and Business Objects a plus

Domestic and International Travel: average 10 - 20 days per year

Global mobility for future roles a plus
