Job description

Direct Counsel is representing an Am Law 100 firm in its search for a Senior Associate to join its Project Development & Finance Practice in Houston, New York, or San Diego.

Position: Associate โ€“ Finance โ€“ Project Development & Finance โ€“ Senior
Location: Houston, New York, San Diego
Compensation: Cravath Scale
Experience Level: Minimum of 4 years

About the Role:
The Project Development & Finance Practice group is seeking a highly qualified senior associate with at least 4 years of relevant experience. Ideal candidates will bring experience with project development and/or finance, preferably gained at a large national or international law firm. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge transactions that shape global industries and infrastructure.

Key Qualifications:

  • J.D. from a top-tier law school

  • Admission to the Bar in the jurisdiction of the office of interest (or eligibility for admission)

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in project development and/or finance
