Job description

Experienced Corporate Finance Associate sought to join a leading Am Law 100 Corporate Finance Practice group.

Key responsibilities

Representing lenders and/or borrowers in connection with single-lender and syndicated credit facilities, venture lending transactions, leveraged buyouts, corporate recapitalizations and reorganizations, and other secured lending transactions.

$240k - $330k

Discretionary merit bonuses

Key Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of debt finance experience. Stellar academic credentials and major law firm experience required.
