Position Summary
The Executive Producer provides senior production leadership for the agency's most high-profile client experiences. This role combines strategic oversight, executive client partnership, and operational leadership to ensure every production advances brand objectives, reflects the highest creative standards, and delivers exceptional business impact.
The Executive Producer owns the overall production approach across major projects and programs, leading cross-functional teams from early concept development through final execution and post-event evaluation. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, this role serves as a senior decision-maker for clients and internal teams and is responsible for strengthening production standards, frameworks, and ways of working across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Production Leadership
  • Lead the overall production strategy for large-scale events, including runway shows, presentations, VIP galas, and brand activations.
  • Shape production approaches that align creative ambition, client objectives, operational feasibility, and commercial outcomes.
  • Oversee multiple workstreams and ensure consistency, quality, and excellence across projects.
  • Establish scalable planning, briefing, execution, and recap frameworks for the broader production function.
  • Drive high standards in delivery, team performance, and client experience across the portfolio

Senior Client Leadership
  • Serve as the senior production lead and primary strategic point of contact for clients.
  • Build trusted client relationships and provide high-level counsel throughout the event lifecycle.
  • Lead complex conversations around scope, priorities, tradeoffs, and execution strategy.
  • Anticipate client needs and develop proactive solutions that elevate the overall experience.
  • Represent the agency with authority, credibility, and sound judgment in high-stakes environments.

Team Leadership and Cross-Functional Direction
  • Lead cross-functional teams across creative, technical, and production disciplines.
  • Provide direction, support, and decision-making that enables teams to deliver at a high level.
  • Mentor and elevate producers and project teams through strong leadership and clear expectations.
  • Ensure alignment across regions, stakeholders, and delivery partners.

Budget, Commercial, and Vendor Oversight
  • Own event budgets and provide senior oversight on financial planning, forecasting, and reconciliation.
  • Make final decisions on key production partners, venues, and external resources.
  • Lead or approve high-value negotiations with vendors, venues, and talent.
  • Balance cost discipline with creative impact and client expectations.

Industry Insight and Production Standards
  • Drive innovation by identifying emerging trends in fashion, culture, and experiential design.
  • Introduce best practices, technologies, and production improvements that strengthen the agency's market position.
  • Ensure all productions meet the highest standards for safety, logistics, brand integrity, and guest experience.
