Working closely with Client Services, Analytics, Search, and Media Planning teams, this role helps shape long-term media roadmaps, guide implementation, and improve performance across brands and channels.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead cross-channel planning and optimization across Display, SEM, SEO, and emerging media solutions in partnership with media planners, search specialists, and analytics teams.
  • Guide implementation of media technologies, including ad serving, data management, reporting, and optimization workflows, to improve efficiency and consistency across programs.
  • Advise clients and internal stakeholders on pharmaceutical media trends, vendor capabilities, and regulatory considerations for HCP, patient, and broader healthcare stakeholder marketing.
  • Build relationships with publishers, platforms, and media partners to identify new opportunities, strengthen execution, and improve return on investment.
Qualifications

Required:

  • 8+ years of experience in digital media strategy, planning, or buying, including ownership of integrated media programs across Display, SEM, and SEO.
  • Demonstrated experience building and presenting strategic media recommendations to senior clients or cross-functional stakeholders, with clear examples of roadmap development or account growth.
  • Strong knowledge of digital media platforms, measurement approaches, and optimization practices, with hands-on experience improving campaign performance against defined KPIs.
  • Experience leading media strategy within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated categories, including knowledge of compliance considerations and audience-specific planning.
  • Proven ability to translate data, channel performance, and market trends into actionable recommendations that improve media effectiveness and business results.

Desired:

  • Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done.
  • Experience working with pharmaceutical marketing technologies, healthcare media vendors, and channel partners across patient and HCP campaigns.
  • Experience shaping account-level media vision across multiple brands, business units, or portfolios with a phased implementation approach.
  • Familiarity with emerging media approaches such as programmatic buying, native advertising, and data-driven audience activation.
  • Experience partnering with analytics teams to quantify media impact, demonstrate ROI, and support ongoing investment decisions.
