We are seeking someone to join our Finance Regulatory RPE as a Senior Data Reliability Engineering Specialist to lead critical regulatory and production management functions supporting Finance and Regulatory Reporting platforms. The role requires strong ownership of end-to-end delivery operational resilience stakeholder management and people leadership with accountability for ensuring accurate timely and well controlled regulatory outcomes across global jurisdictions. The successful candidate will operate as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders in Finance Controllers Technology and Risk while driving efficiency control enhancement and strategic transformation across the platform.

This is a Software Production Management & Reliability Engineering position at Director level, which is part of the job family responsible for overseeing the production environment, ensuring the operational reliability of deployed software, and implementing strategies to optimize performance and minimize downtime. Lead day to day production management including batch execution incident management root cause analysis and governance of reruns and remediation activities. Proactively identify operational risks control gaps and systemic weaknesses driving sustainable fixes rather than tactical workarounds. Partner with Finance Controllers and Regulatory teams to ensure accuracy completeness and sign off readiness for filings and disclosures.

Deliver concise executive level updates on issues risks milestones and remediation plans. Build strong working relationships across global teams in APAC EMEA UK and US and ensure effective follow the sun coverage. Lead mentor and develop a team of managers and senior individual contributors across locations.

Set clear performance expectations and accountable ownership models aligned with organizational goals. Drive automation process simplification and reduction of manual production activities. Champion adoption of observability metrics and monitoring to improve stability predictability and transparency.

What you'll bring to the role: At least 6+ years of relevant experience in regulatory and production management functions Hands-on experience in Unix, SQL, Autosys and Jira. Familiarity with SRE principles. Strong troubleshooting skills.

Good Communication skills: ability to present information in a clear and concise manner to technology and business leadership. Hands-on knowledge on observability tools (a plus). Familiarity with Python (a plus).
