About the Team:

SecurityScorecard is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Director of Demand Generation with 7-10 years of proven expertise in demand generation strategies. The ideal candidate will have a background in the cybersecurity industry and a track record of successfully driving demand and revenue growth. As the Senior Director of Demand Generation, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive demand generation programs to fuel our sales pipeline and accelerate the company's growth.

About the Role:

  • Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and execute a robust demand generation strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and demand for SecurityScorecard's cybersecurity solutions.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Leverage ABM techniques to target high-value accounts, collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to create personalized campaigns tailored to each account.
  • Multi-Channel Campaigns: Plan and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, digital advertising, social media, webinars, events, and content marketing, to generate high-quality leads and nurture existing leads through the sales funnel.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Utilize data and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, identify opportunities for optimization, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align demand generation activities with sales objectives, ensuring seamless integration between marketing and sales efforts.
  • Global Campaign Strategy and Content Development: Collaborate with the product marketing, content and creative teams to develop compelling, audience-specific content and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Budget Management: Manage the demand generation budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI from marketing investments.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and customer insights to adapt demand generation strategies accordingly.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of experience in demand generation, including expertise in account-based marketing. Experience in a cybersecurity company is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation programs that have resulted in increased revenue and market share.
  • Deep understanding of demand generation tactics, tools, and technologies, with a focus on driving measurable results.
  • Fast-paced and agile mindset, with the ability to implement marketing initiatives at speed to capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.

The estimated total compensation range for this position is $200,000 - $240,000 (base plus bonus). Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications and experience, and may vary from the range. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible for annual performance-based incentive compensation awards and equity, among other company benefits.
