Digital solutions is a strategic initiative that incorporates digital technology across all areas of an organization. Develops, adopts and implements digital technology to create new or modify existing products, services and operations. Evaluates and modernizes an organizations processes, products, operations and technology to enable continual, rapid, and business-driven innovation and decision making.
Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of finance-focused IFS support specialists. Lead or coordinate implementation projects to transition sites financials from legacy ERP systems to IFS. Tailor and optimize business processes to align with standard IFS functionality. Conduct testing, validation, and end-user training for new locations using IFS Finance modules.

  • Evaluates, recommends, designs, and develops engaging & effective digital products.
  • Supports enhancements to existing systems in order to drive end user adoption & support business needs.
  • Identifies requirements and enhances usability of digital products through the design of intuitive process flows, tests and prototypes.
  • Acts as primary contact to the development and supports analysts that support other parts of the business.
  • Ensures clear communication and successful issue resolution.
  • Stays informed on technology & research on business trends, end user preferences & identifies opportunities to apply new technologies to enhance the digital experience.

      • Required education and experience: Associate's Degree and 10-12 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
      • Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

      • Preferred education and experience: Bachelor's Degree
      • Discipline/Major: Information Technology or related degree preferred.
      • Knowledge, skills & abilities: Compatibility Testing. Functional Requirements. IT Operations. IT Performance Management. Process Mapping. Requirements Analysis. System Development Life Cycle. System Documentation. System Integration Testing. System Integrations. Systems Analysis. Systems Modelling. Technical Specification Design. Diagramming Software.
      • Proven experience in ERP systems, with a focus on finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Projects).
      • Knowledge and experience in how an ERP financial system functions and operates (Defense industry experience preferred).
      • Strong Background in both production support and implementation of ERP solutions. 

      • Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
      • Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.

      Up to 25% travel likely.
      $130,000-$175,000
      Employees will receive paid holidays and 120 hours of PTO annually and up to 3 weeks paid family leave.
