What you will do:
  • Provide enterprise IT support and operational expertise across multiple customer environments, including troubleshooting and maintaining Windows/Linux systems, Microsoft 365, Azure, and business applications.
  • Manage and support cloud and hybrid IT environments by administering technologies such as SCCM, Intune, Citrix, Azure services, endpoint security, software deployment, patch management, and device policies.
  • Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver reliable IT services, implement security best practices, resolve complex technical issues, and ensure system stability, performance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements
What You Need:
  • Proven experience in IT operations, enterprise infrastructure, and technical support environments.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more technologies: Microsoft 365, SCCM, Intune, Windows/Linux, Citrix, Azure, Print Services, or application support.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with a structured, solution-oriented approach to resolving technical issues.
  • Knowledge of cloud and hybrid environments, endpoint management, security practices, and virtual machine support.
