We are looking for a Digital Content Coordinator who will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our online presence for retail channels in the US and Canada.  This person will be responsible for collecting, writing, editing, posting, and maintenance of all types of online content for key customer websites and related company sites. This position interacts and communicates with sales management and marketing staff, as well as Brand Advocates and online merchandising teams. This position is in Smyrna, Georgia.

About the Role

Responsibilities:

  • Manages all product details on key account databases
  • Collects, writes and maintains new and updated content for websites and e-commerce portals.
  • Uploads data, video and photography content via content management systems as required
  • Works closely with key account online merchants and the QUIKRETE Companies’ marketing department to develop video and photography content to enhance key account websites
  • Responsible for enforcing The QUIKRETE Companies’ corporate standards and presenting a consistent appearance/style throughout all electronic media outlets
  • Develop, revise, and maintain all planograms for THD USA, THD Canada, and all other retail accounts requiring planogram support
  • Ad hoc marketing projects/tasks completed as needed
  • Manage all tasks to established deadlines

About You

We Require:

  • One to three years of relevant experience
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, English, journalism, or equivalent degree
  • Proficient with all aspects of MS Excel focusing on database management
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Strong proofreading and editing skills
  • Strong proficiency in utilization of common web content management systems such as WordPress; basic knowledge of HTML a plus
  • Able to coordinate several assignments concurrently, including collaborating with communications personnel and designers in the execution of tasks
  • Able to work under tight deadlines
  • Exceptional organizational skills
