Job Summary

The role of theSenior Creativeat Blue Hour Studios is to deliver exceptional, original creative concepts across any format. You are a highly skilled storyteller who transforms briefs into compelling, culturally relevant ideas with fresh thinking and clarity, helping bring them to life through production and execution.

You independently concept breakthrough ideas, executing them with strong craft, storytellingexpertise, and attention to detail. You elevate every project you touch through refined taste, cultural fluency, and a deep understanding of social platforms.

This role reports into the Associate Creative Director and collaborates closely on larger campaigns and strategic initiatives. On smaller or fast-turn projects, the Senior Creative may serve as the primary creative lead.

As a Senior Creative, you will...

  • Be a social expert:Stay current on evolving social platforms, emerging technologies, and AI-driven tools to continuously expand creative possibilities

  • Develop innovative conceptsacross social (organic and paid), digital, experiential, and influencer in response to client briefs

  • Serve as creative lead across select projects,driving ideas from concept through production in collaboration with cross-functional teams

  • Execute high-level creativeacross formats, ensuring excellence in craft and storytelling

  • Develop a strong understanding of brandobjectivesand marketing strategies,using that knowledge to inform and strengthen your creative ideas

  • Contribute to creative presentations,helping articulate the thinking and insight behind your ideas to internal teams and clients

  • Support and inspire junior creatives throughhands-on collaboration and thoughtful creative feedback

  • Foster an inclusive, innovative culturethat encourages experimentation, curiosity, and bold creative thinking

Supervisory Responsibilities

The Sr. Creative could manage more junior members of the Creative team.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in a creative, copywriter, or strategist role in a social-first department whether agency or brand-side

  • Strong portfolio featuring a social-first approach to content inclusive of paid and influencer

  • Confident presenter and storyteller

  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)

  • Fluency in presentation and slide design in Google Slides,PowerPointand Keynote

  • Fluency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel are preferred)

  • Superior attention to detail, multitasking capabilities, and an incredibly collaborative nature

  • Adaptable and proactive, able to pivot quickly and stay ahead of trends and social media shifts

Physical Activity and Work Environment

  • Position may involve light physical activitypertaining tophoto and video production. This includes lifting tripods, gear,propsor assistant producing.

Salary Range

$105,000.00 - $140,000.00

A successful applicant's actual base salary may vary based on factors such as individual's skill sets, experience, training, education, licensure/certifications, and qualifications for the role.
