Associate Creative Director, Copy - NYC Hybrid

Job Title: Associate Creative Director, Copy

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid โ€“ 3 days/week in office)

Industry: Pharmaceutical Advertising

Experience: 7-9 years in agency experience, with prior ACD experience

Meet is partnered with an independent pharmaceutical advertising agency focused on creating innovative and impactful campaigns. They're looking for an Associate Creative Director, Copy, to lead a team of 5 copywriters, drive strategy and concept development, and shape creative campaigns across multiple therapy areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of 5 copywriters, ensuring creative excellence.
  • Develop strategic, innovative concepts for HCP and DTC campaigns.
  • Collaborate with clients to craft effective messaging that meets business objectives.
  • Write and oversee copy for a variety of deliverables, including digital, print, and promotional materials.
  • Drive creative direction and work cross-functionally with account teams and designers.
  • Ensure all creative work meets high standards and complies with regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • 7-9 years of healthcare agency experience, with at least 1 year as an Associate Creative Director.
  • HCP and DTC experience.
  • Proven experience leading creative teams.
  • Ability to work in-office 3 days a week in NYC.
