We are also expanding into adjacent beauty tools to further support our community’s self-expression across their full routine.

Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Creative Content Producer to lead the ideation and execution of high-impact photo and video content across social, paid media, retail campaigns, launches, partnerships, and brand activations.

This role is equal parts creative strategist, producer, and project lead. You will concept and oversee content ranging from fast-moving social videos to large-scale campaign shoots and experiential events. You should deeply understand internet culture, creator-driven storytelling, platform trends, and how different types of content support different business goals.

The ideal candidate is highly social-first, creatively obsessed, organized under pressure, and able to bridge the gap between brand storytelling and commercial performance.

This role requires 4 days in office.(Mon-Thurs)

Key Responsibilities

Creative Ideation & Content Strategy

  • Develop innovative video and photo concepts for:
    • Organic social content
    • Paid social campaigns
    • Product launches
    • Retail campaigns
    • Creator collaborations
    • Events and activations
    • Brand campaigns
  • Translate marketing objectives into compelling creative concepts tailored to each platform and audience
  • Understand the role of different content types across the funnel, from awareness-driving brand storytelling to conversion-focused paid creative
  • Stay ahead of social, beauty, fashion, and creator trends while identifying opportunities relevant to the brand
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Social, PR, Influencer, E-commerce, Retail, and Performance teams

Production Management

  • Lead end-to-end production for both in-house and external shoots
  • Source and manage creative agencies, production partners, photographers, videographers, stylists, glam teams, and freelancers
  • Build detailed creative briefs, shot lists, moodboards, production timelines, and call sheets
  • Oversee creative execution from pre-production through post-production
  • Lead on-site production and ensure content aligns with brand vision and campaign objectives
  • Manage budgets, timelines, vendor negotiations, and production logistics
  • Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and optimized for platform-specific requirements

Creative Direction & Brand Stewardship

  • Maintain strong brand consistency across all visual content and storytelling
  • Ensure content aligns with Wavytalk’s tone, aesthetic, and positioning while still feeling culturally relevant and platform-native
  • Partner closely with internal creative and design teams to evolve the visual identity of the brand
  • Balance high-production brand storytelling with fast-moving, trend-driven social content

Performance & Optimization

  • Analyze content performance and apply learnings to future creative concepts
  • Understand platform KPIs including:
    • Watch rate
    • Engagement
    • CTR
    • Hook rate
    • Retention
    • Conversion efficiency
  • Work closely with paid media teams to optimize content for performance without compromising brand equity
  • Identify opportunities to improve creative efficiency, scalability, and output quality

Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of experience in creative production, content production, social-first creative, or campaign production
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both video and photo content across social, campaigns, and branded storytelling
  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social platforms
  • Experience managing external agencies and production partners
  • Strong understanding of creator/content culture and how consumers engage with digital content today
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong creative instincts paired with commercial and strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Experience in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands strongly preferred
  • Comfortable being hands-on and adaptable in a high-growth environment
