Job Title: Senior Controls Engineer (Rockwell Automation)

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Senior Controls Engineer to support and optimize manufacturing automation systems at Unilever’s Jonesboro facility. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Rockwell Automation, PLC programming, HMI/SCADA systems, and troubleshooting to improve equipment reliability and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, program, and maintain Allen-Bradley PLCs (ControlLogix, CompactLogix).
  • Develop and support HMI/SCADA applications using Studio 5000 and FactoryTalk View.
  • Troubleshoot automation and control systems to minimize downtime.
  • Drive continuous improvement and system optimization initiatives.
  • Support industrial networks and manufacturing operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of industrial automation and controls experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley PLCs, Studio 5000, FactoryTalk View).
  • Experience with HMI/SCADA systems and industrial communication networks.
  • Manufacturing industry experience (CPG/FMCG preferred).

Preferred: Experience supporting high-speed manufacturing or consumer products environments.
