Job Title: Senior Controls Engineer (Rockwell Automation)

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Senior Controls Engineer to support and optimize manufacturing automation systems at Unileverโ€™s Jonesboro facility. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Rockwell Automation, PLC programming, HMI/SCADA systems, and troubleshooting to improve equipment reliability and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, program, and maintain Allen-Bradley PLCs (ControlLogix, CompactLogix).
  • Develop and support HMI/SCADA applications using Studio 5000 and FactoryTalk View.
  • Troubleshoot automation and control systems to minimize downtime.
  • Drive continuous improvement and system optimization initiatives.
  • Support industrial networks and manufacturing operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of industrial automation and controls experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley PLCs, Studio 5000, FactoryTalk View).
  • Experience with HMI/SCADA systems and industrial communication networks.
  • Manufacturing industry experience (CPG/FMCG preferred).

Preferred: Experience supporting high-speed manufacturing or consumer products environments.
