Job Summary

The Senior Contract Administrator is responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle with a focus on contract drafting, analysis, and system integrity within Salesforce and related contract management platforms. This role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Operation, Legal, Finance, Compliance, and IS to ensure contracts are accurate, compliant, and executed efficiently.

This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and time management skills, the ability to think critically, and experience in legal or paralegal environments. The ideal candidate excels at managing multiple priorities, drafting and analyzing complex agreements, and communicating clearly across stakeholders.


Essential Functions

  • Draft, review, analyze, and manage a wide range of commercial contracts, including master agreements, amendments, and renewals

  • Administer end-to-end contract lifecycle processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

  • Maintain and manage contract data within Salesforce and contract management systems, ensuring data integrity and proper documentation

  • Execute and support amendment workflows, including pricing changes, product updates, and term modifications across agreements

  • Apply critical thinking to identify risks, inconsistencies, and gaps in contract language and operational processes

  • Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure contract terms align with company standards and mitigate risk

  • Collaborate with Sales, Sales Operation and Finance to support quoting, forecasting, billing alignment, and revenue recognition

  • Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on contract processes, best practices, and system usage

  • Track, prioritize, and manage multiple contract requests and deadlines simultaneously with a high level of organization and accuracy

  • Identify inefficiencies in contract workflows and recommend process improvements to enhance scalability and turnaround time

  • Support contract standardization initiatives and version control efforts

  • Prepare clear, concise summaries and reports of contract terms, risks, and status for stakeholders and leadership

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers to resolve contract-related issues and drive execution

The annual salary for this position is:

$80,000.00 to $101,000.00

This position is eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the company's bonus plan. Factors which may affect starting salary include geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
