You're not just a doer; you're a strategic thinker who understands how to elevate brand narratives through compelling, platformnative content. This role may also include conception, creating, capturing and even appearing in social content for our clients.

  • Mentor and guide junior creators, fostering a culture of creativity, experimentation, and excellence
  • Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and Copywriters to shape brand storytelling

  • Edit and refine content with a strong eye for detail, pacing, and platform-specific nuances
  • Stay ahead of cultural trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies
  •  Champion the integration of AI and automation tools to enhance creative workflows and storytelling
  • Uphold and elevate the creative integrity of all content produced
Qualifications
  • Experience in content creation, digital storytelling, or related fields
  • Expert knowledge of social media platforms, content formats, and audience behaviors
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with experience managing or mentoring creative teams
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Skilled in camera operation, lighting, and post-production workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to create high-quality content under tight deadlines
  • A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of content types, from short-form video to motion graphics
  • Passion for innovation, experimentation, and pushing creative boundaries

Location & Commitments

  • Full-time role, currently hybrid status
  • In-person/in-office minimum of 4 days per week
  • Travel may be required to deliver on client and production needs

Physical Demands

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
