You'll play an important role in helping ensure our compensation programs are competitive, equitable, and consistently administered. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys digging into data, solving complex compensation questions, and translating analysis into clear, actionable insights.
This role will be hybrid at our WHQ - 2-3 days in office per week.
What You'll Do
  • Conduct market pricing and benchmarking for a variety of roles using external compensation surveys and internal job and organizational data.
  • Perform advanced compensation analyses and modeling to support pay decisions, program design, and business needs.
  • Conduct pay equity, internal equity, and compensation impact analyses, identifying trends, potential issues, and recommended actions.
  • Support complex compensation reviews, including job evaluations, organizational changes, promotions, new or evolving roles, and other pay-related decisions.

  • Compensation, HR analytics, finance, or related experience demonstrating the ability to independently manage complex, non-routine analytical work.
