Mission:
The Combined Joint Task Force Operation Inherent Resolve (CJTF-OIR) Intelligence Support Services Contract (CISSC) provides multi-faceted Intelligence Support services consisting of, but not limited to: Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), All-Source Intelligence Analysis, Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Analysis, Intelligence Requirements Collection Management (RCM), Special Advisors, Planners, Targeting Support, Counterintelligence (CI) Support, Screener Support, Strategic Debriefing Support, Foreign Government Information (FGI) Analysis, Exploitation (DOMEX and MEDEX), Target Focused Analysis and Neutralization (TFAN), Operational Intelligence Knowledge Management (KM), as well as other analytic and target related intelligence support services to assigned military units in support of the overall Intelligence Mission in support of CJTF-OIR staffs and organizations.
What you'll Get to Do:Contribute to a critical mission supporting Operation Inherent Resolve with Geospatial Intelligence Analysts exploit imagery, imagery products (including Advanced Geospatial Intelligence) and geographic products and data to create intelligence solutions for the Warfighter and senior government officials.
Requirements:
  • Must have a TS/SCI
  • Intelligence Community Collection Management Course (ICMC), OR other DOD collection management courses such as the Navy Collection Management Course (NCMC)
  • A minimum of six years of Collection Management operational experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies
  • Thorough understanding of DoD and Service collection techniques, capabilities, and applications
  • Proficient in using basic computer applications including MS Office (including Excel and PowerPoint) and intelligence-related automation
  • Knowledge and familiarity with Google Earth,
  • Experience with IC collection management systems (e.g. CRATE, PRISM, COLISEUM, NSRP, SAVANT) mission applications
  • Experience with communications capabilities within JWICS, INTELINK, and SIPRNet (e.g. MIRC, Jabber Chat, etc.)
  • Strong writing and briefing skillsรขโ‚ฌยข Capable of effectively operating as a member of a joint/combined intelligence team
  • Capable of effective communication in the accomplishment of collection management reporting and requirements

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
  • Senior military enlisted or field grade officer with collection experience
  • Completion of the ISR Operations Courseรขโ‚ฌยข Knowledge of communication and Dissemination Architecture
  • Experience with tactical ground and air sensor operations and management
