What You'll Do

  • Partner with hiring managers to plan, execute, and manage recruiting efforts across multiple openings and lines of business
  • Facilitate intake meetings to understand position requirements, hiring priorities, and ideal candidate profiles
  • Proactively and strategically source top candidates through various job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other recruiting tools
  • Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates
  • Review resumes, conduct initial candidate outreach, and complete phone screenings
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams
  • Help prepare candidates for interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain timely communication and follow-up with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teammates
  • Utilize MAU's ATS and recruiting systems to manage candidate workflow and documentation
  • Support recruiting process improvements and help drive recruiting best practices
  • Assist with offer preparation and onboarding coordination as needed
  • Learn and develop recruiting strategy, sourcing techniques, and client partnership skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office


Supervisory Responsibility

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of previous recruiting, staffing, internship, or sourcing experience
  • Experience working in a KPI or metrics-driven environment
  • Exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Bullhorn
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or corporate hiring environments
