Description

The Leidos Intel Sector has an opening for a TS/SCI with polygraph cleared Executive Officer (EXO) seeking a rewarding and challenging opportunity supporting Division level management for an Intelligence Community customer. The EXO will support senior leadership within a fast-paced Intelligence Community environment, supporting the client's Wellbeing Division. This high-visibility role serves as a central coordination point for executive-level tasking across the Sponsor and broader IC.

Responsibilities
  • Answering phones and responding to emails on behalf of executive leadership.
  • Review, vet, prioritize, assign, track, and respond to internal taskings.
  • Coordinate complex issues and actions across the client and partners.
  • Prepare executive-level deliverables including talking points, readโ€‘ahead books, background papers, reports, and briefing materials.
  • Support efforts to develop, defend, and coordinate internal organizational policies, including facilitating resource, technology, and information sharing.
  • Coordinating schedules for multiple senior client executives.
  • Independently maintain and deconflict calendars for multiple senior client executives based on priorities.
  • Preparing for meetings, including reserving conference rooms and printing materials.
  • Providing adโ€‘hoc support to other Divisions.
Basic Qualifications
  • Possession of a current and active Top Secret SCI with polygraph clearance is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of executive administrator experience.
  • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple high-priority actions.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Must have strong inter-personal skills and ability to interact effectively with various clientele in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized, strategic thinker and detail oriented; ability to multitask, anticipate and adapt to changing needs.
  • Must be able to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
