Overview

Are you passionate about numbers and helping clients make informed decisions? Join Gallagher as a Senior Client Financial Analyst, where you’ll collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to deliver tailored financial insights and solutions. You’ll play a key role in analyzing benefit plans, preparing reports, and presenting findings that drive strategic planning and renewal decisions.


How you'll make an impact
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide meaningful financial analysis.
  • Compile census data and financial information to prepare Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Analyze utilization data and summarize results to guide decision-making.
  • Review and compare RFP responses, creating benefit and rate comparisons.
  • Prepare and present materials for strategic planning, renewals, and marketing results.
  • Represent your team on cross-functional projects and share your expertise.

About You

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree and minimum 4 years related experience.
  • Proficiency with software programs, such as excel, and mathematical calculations.
  • Strong PC and Microsoft application skills, including Word and Excel.
  • Basic understanding of insurance concepts.
  • Excellent oral and written communication ability.

Preferred:

  • State license for Health/Life desired.
  • Knowledge in using the analytical approach to problem solving.
