Infosys is seeking a Manager - Client Services for the HiTech vertical. The person will lead all client interfaces within the assigned account scope and, along with Senior Client Partners/Group Managers, build an account plan for client management. Typically, the Manager - Client Services manages a single strategic account or a portion of a large account with a P&L responsibility of $30MM to $50MM.
The role will focus on managing and expanding relationships with a leading global enterprise software and cloud platform client, driving growth across digital transformation, AI-led services, cloud, data, customer experience, engineering, and enterprise modernization opportunities.
Role Description:
• Client relationship management and business development: Manage client relationships, grow a portfolio of $30-50M, and own the opportunity lifecycle: Prospect → Evaluate → Propose → Close.
• Strategic account growth: Build and expand trusted relationships across business, technology, procurement, and executive stakeholders within a large enterprise software/cloud platform account.
• AI-first and digital transformation selling: Identify and shape opportunities across AI, Generative AI, agentic AI, automation, data, cloud modernization, platform engineering, enterprise applications, and customer experience transformation.
• Client delivery assurance: Collaborate with delivery stakeholders to ensure all commitments to the client are met.
• Account planning and governance: Develop account plans detailing key relationships, opportunities, pricing strategies, and risk mitigation.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, client presentations, estimation efforts, proposals, and negotiations.
• Partner with Delivery Managers to resolve people or infrastructure issues impacting project delivery.
• Balance multiple projects for the client, coordinating across delivery managers, consulting teams, horizontal competency units, and global delivery teams.
• Drive revenues from go-to-market solutions sponsored by the business unit within the account scope, including AI-first services, cloud, data, cybersecurity, digital engineering, enterprise platforms, and cost optimization offerings.
• Work closely with Solutions Leaders to create customized solution pitches and ensure successful delivery and revenue realization.
• Build comprehensive account plans, including relationship mapping, opportunity pipeline, revenue forecasts, and risk assessment.
• Make pricing decisions within the scope of the Master Services Agreement.
• Provide pre-sales proposal support for new business development beyond the account scope.
• Offer input for future alliances with relevant product vendors.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the client by bringing proactive ideas around productivity improvement, AI-led transformation, operational efficiency, platform modernization, and differentiated customer/employee experiences.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 11+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
• Significant business development and project management experience
• Experience in the relevant industry/vertical, preferably within HiTech, enterprise software, SaaS, cloud platforms, digital platforms, or technology services.
• Track record of interacting and building relationships with C-level client contacts
• Proven ability to grow strategic accounts through consultative selling, solution-led selling, and value-based commercial discussions.
• Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience
• Experience selling or managing services across one or more of the following areas: AI, cloud, data, application modernization, enterprise platforms, digital engineering, customer experience, cybersecurity, or managed services.
• Ability to operate in a complex matrix environment, partnering with delivery, consulting, solution, legal, commercial, and alliance teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of industry specific go-to-market solutions
• Good understanding of industry specific business issues and drivers
• Experience working with large enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, or platform-based clients.
• Understanding of how technology companies monetize platforms, ecosystems, products, and enterprise customer relationships.
• Global Delivery Model experience
• Experience managing large multi-location consulting engagement teams
• Track record as an Account Manager in a rapidly growing client relationship
• Experience driving growth in strategic accounts through AI, cloud, data, platform engineering, automation, or digital transformation services.
• Familiarity with hyperscaler ecosystems, enterprise SaaS platforms, partner alliances, and product-led technology environments.
• Ability to identify whitespace opportunities and shape proactive proposals around productivity, cost optimization, speed-to-market, customer experience, and platform modernization.
