JOB SUMMARY:

This is a Senior Clerk position in the General Tax Administration Program's, Taxpayer Services Process, Forms Unit. The incumbent maintains knowledge about the forms and publications that are provided by the Department. The incumbent also scans, files documents, sends copies of forms and publications by mail or email to taxpayers, and processes completed correspondence and requests received from the Taxpayer Account Maintenance Section in a contact center environment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in customer service OR performing administrative, clerical, or secretarial tasks.

SUBSTITUTIONS:

  • College education from an accredited institution can substitute for the required work experience.         

SPECIAL NOTES:

  • The successful candidate will be required to answer a large volume of calls up to 7.5 hours a day.

SALARY: The hiring salary for this position generally will not exceed $2,896.67 monthly/$34,760.04 annually.
