Senior Civil Engineer - Lead Complex Infrastructure & Land Development Projects

We're seeking a dynamic Senior Civil Engineer to join a thriving team where leadership, innovation, and technical excellence come together. In this pivotal role, you will lead multidisciplinary projects, guiding teams through all phases of site development, land planning, and utility design-delivering impactful solutions for industrial clients and utility providers. Salary: 95-125k
Hybrid- Two days working from home
Paid Overtime

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • EIT certification required; PE license preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in site development and utility design
  • Proven leadership skills with prior management experience preferred
  • Expertise in all phases of engineering and construction
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and BIM collaboration tools
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detailed orienting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask effectively and organize project workflows

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience designing rail access or yard track layouts
  • Familiarity with permit application processes and agency coordination
