Senior Integration Architect
Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Integration Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise integration solutions across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in enterprise integration architecture, API-led connectivity, middleware technologies, and cloud-based integration. This role requires someone who can work closely with business and technical stakeholders to define integration strategies, drive architecture decisions, and support successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of enterprise integration architecture and solution design.
  • Define integration strategies, architecture standards, and best practices for enterprise applications.
  • Design scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions using modern integration patterns and middleware technologies.
  • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into integration solutions.
  • Provide architecture guidance and technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support delivery teams during implementation and ensure adherence to architecture standards and governance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise integration initiatives.
  • Mentor technical teams and promote integration best practices across the organization.
  • Evaluate and recommend the most appropriate integration platform based on business and technical requirements.

Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise integration architecture and solution design.
  • Strong experience designing enterprise integration solutions using APIs, middleware, and distributed systems.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple enterprise integration platforms. Candidates should have expertise in two or more of the following:
    • MuleSoft
    • Boomi
    • WSO2
    • Workato
    • IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) / IBM Integration Bus (IIB)
    • TIBCO
    • Azure Integration Services
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, including cloud and hybrid integration solutions.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, SOAP services, API management, messaging, event-driven architecture, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Experience supporting or leading implementation and delivery of enterprise integration projects.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and architecture governance.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
  • Experience working with business, architecture, development, and delivery teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with enterprise clients across multiple industries.
  • Experience with cloud-native integration and hybrid integration architectures.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven integration.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Strong documentation, architecture review, and governance experience.
