  • Optimize automation processes to improve success rates and overall efficiency
  • Proactively identify risks and areas for improvement within the automation ecosystem

Monitoring & Backlog Management
  • Monitor automation health through termination and exception reporting
  • Drive reduction in backlog and improve automation success rates over time
  • Ensure issues are resolved efficiently and prioritized appropriately

Collaboration & Communication
  • Partner with IT, Project Managers, and business stakeholders across multiple business units
  • Translate non-technical business issues into technical solutions
  • Support documentation efforts, including runbooks and knowledge transfer materials

Skills & Experience You Should Possess
  • 5-7 years of experience in automation, RPA or software development
  • Strong hands-on experience with Blue Prism (required)
  • Proficiency in Python scripting
  • Proven experience supporting and maintaining production automation systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate business issues into technical solutions
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Knowledge of automation orchestration tools (CTWO/C2)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform / Power Automate
  • Background in large enterprise environments

Education & Certifications You Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Blue Prism certification preferred (not required if experience is strong)

At Trissential, we value expertise, innovation, and collaboration. By joining our client's team, you'll contribute to meaningful enterprise initiatives while growing your career in a supportive environment.
  • Competitive Compensation -$69-$79 per hour. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
  • Comprehensive Benefits for you and your dependents - Medical, dental, vision, free tele-health, HSA with company contribution, life and disability insurance, and 401k with matching
  • Paid Time Off - Offer paid time away from work
  • Flexible Work Model - Fully remote or hybrid (Denver-based candidates onsite 1 day/week)
