Senior Financial Services Representative (Senior FSR) – Mont Alto Community Office

Position Overview

F&M Trust is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Senior Financial Services Representative to join our team at the Mont Alto Community Office. As a Senior FSR, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, helping them navigate their financial needs through exceptional service, accurate transaction processing, and personalized banking solutions. This is a full-time position of approximately 40 hours per week.

What You Will Do
  • Provide outstanding customer service while performing a variety of teller and account service functions
  • Develop strong customer relationships by identifying needs and recommending appropriate products and services
  • Open, service, and maintain consumer deposit accounts
  • Assist with business account services and operational transactions
  • Handle advanced customer inquiries and banking requests professionally
  • Support branch efficiency through compliance with policies and procedures
  • Act as a knowledgeable resource for coworkers and promote teamwork
  • Contribute to branch service and business goals
