Location: Milwaukee, WI
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite required)
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000 per year
Bonus Eligible: Yes (Annual Bonus)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join a well-established public accounting firm in Milwaukee, WI. This leadership role is ideal for a CPA with strong public accounting experience who is ready to manage engagements, lead teams, and serve as a key client advisor.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee audit engagements from planning through completion
  • Supervise, mentor, and review the work of audit staff and seniors
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, GAAS, and applicable regulatory standards
  • Review financial statements and related disclosures
  • Maintain strong client relationships and identify value-added service opportunities
  • Support firm leadership in practice development initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Active CPA license (required)
  • 5+ years of public accounting experience
  • Currently at the Manager level OR minimum 3 years as a Senior ready to step into a Manager role
  • Strong knowledge of auditing standards and public accounting practices
