Job Description

As a Senior Application Analyst, you will work with both technical and business teams to enable highly available system that meet the business objectives, including supporting key business and IT initiatives.

You will play a key role in application administration and maintenance, troubleshooting application-level issues and servicing requests from business teams. You will also be asked to triage, research and remediate production issues, coordinate and collaborate with various stakeholders during application upgrades.

  1. Deep functional understanding of fuel business domain, PDI Enterprise application modules (Accounts Payable / Receivable, General Ledger, Fuel Inventory, Order Desk
  2. Provide advanced-level support for PDI Enterprise applications, troubleshooting and resolving complex functional and technical issues, by working with business users, IT partners and vendors when necessary and ensure resolution metrics is maintained
  3. Adhere to Incident, Change and Problem Management to ensure application remains SOX compliant
  4. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating testing efforts, documenting test cases and results during application upgrade cycles and integration projects
  5. Monitor application interfaces and remediate batch failures. Troubleshoot and eliminate causes of data inaccuracy and broken process flow along with detailed documentation on solution provided
  6. Interpret PDI data model, develop SSRS reports, and perform data analysis for end users and audits as per requirement
  7. Prepare and maintain detailed artifacts on application interfaces. Create/maintain import profiles, saved settings, background processing batches
  8. Model behaviors that support the company’s common goal and purpose; ensure guests, business users and team members are supported at the highest level
  9. Complete other duties as assigned by your manager
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related field
  • Five years of related experience in ERP systems
  • Three years of related experience in PDI Enterprise Suite required
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Strong SQL Scripting and SSRS Knowledge
  • Good understanding and experience in using Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence)
  • Intermediate understanding of system architecture, scripting skills preferably Python, PowerShell or relevant tech stack
