Expertise in supporting and maintaining enterprise Java applications. Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, SQL databases, Linux/Unix environments, and application servers. Skilled in analyzing production issues, incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), performance monitoring, deployment support, and release management. Hands-on experience with monitoring tools, ServiceNow, Jira, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD processes. Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to resolve critical production incidents, ensure application availability, meet SLA requirements, and provide business continuity support in 24x7 environments. Good understanding of ITIL processes, change management, problem management, and production support best practices.
