Join the Core Licensing Team and be a key partner to Business Leaders in the Vertical (D&S, ATR and BGA) and GBE teams, collaborating to provide a vehicle to realize strategies and generate growth by leveraging our Intellectual Property.
This particular role within Licensing will support the Licensing activity in the Global Aftermarket, and drive systematic growth, program planning, and data management.
  • Lead projects to improve data availability and insights for growth strategies (e.g., channel partner segmentation/coverage, identifying "at/below network standard" conditions, consistent product/territory tagging) and whitespace reviews.
  • Experience building analytics/reporting and improving data quality in enterprise systems; strong Excel/BI/reporting capability and comfort working across datasets.
  • Reporting automation: 70-90% reduction in manual recurring reporting time for the team (dashboards replace ad-hoc spreadsheets).
  • Data completeness/accuracy: critical fields reach target completeness/quality and stay there via governance.

Qualifications
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
YOU MUST HAVE:
  • Business acumen - emerging from a basic understanding of business dimensions in technology / industrial companies
  • Agility to handle multiple, unrelated workstreams in a typical day such as by prioritizing for efficiency and efficacy; tracking and working through details
  • Communication skills to collaborate, problem-solve, influence and get things done from remote, cross-functional stakeholders working across timezones & cultures
