We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Fintech who will help advance the quality, efficiency, and scalability of our engineering team by building product features, improving developer workflows, strengthening security controls, designing shared technical foundations, and helping engineers move faster with better tools and practices.

What You'll Contribute:

Build Scalable Products and Technical Foundations

Design, build, and maintain backend services, APIs, and internal tools using Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, or comparable technologies.

  • Contribute to strategic product feature development and shared platform components.
  • Help guide architectural decisions across application, infrastructure, DevOps, security, and developer productivity domains.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, release planning, and production support as needed.

Advance DevOps, Cloud, and Engineering Operations

  • Improve deployment workflows, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, observability, and production operations.
  • Work within Azure-based environments, including App Services, Function Apps, Storage, Key Vault, Application Insights, Front Door, networking, and related cloud infrastructure.
  • Support secure, reliable, and compliant software delivery practices appropriate for a fintech or financial services environment.

Champion AI-First Engineering Practices

  • Thoughtfully adopt and mature AI-enabled engineering tools such as Cursor, CodeRabbit, Claude, GitHub Copilot, and similar platforms.
