Job description

Why We Exist and What We Do:

At Dr. Squatch (www.drsquatch.com), we're raising the bar on men's personal care with our line of natural, high-performance products. We're on a high-growth, fast-moving ride, continually introducing new product categories, launching into retailers nationwide, and growing internationally. We have been recognized and certified by Great Place to Work® multiple times, and we achieved status as a certified B Corp in 2023. We are looking for passionate, talented people who want to join us in our mission to inspire and educate men to be happier and healthier!

About the Role:

Dr. Squatch is one of the fastest-growing natural men's personal care brands in the US, and we're scaling fast across Amazon, Walmart.com, and Target.com. We're looking for an Amazon Marketplace Merchandising Associate who will own how we show up across our digital properties — catalog, content, promotions, and execution — end to end.

This is a generalist merchandising role with real ownership. You'll touch Amazon US and our digital retail presence at Walmart and Target. If you're someone who takes pride in flawless execution, thinks proactively about how to improve what you own, and can hold multiple workstreams without dropping balls — this is for you.

This role will report to the Marketplace Strategy Manager.

This is a full-time role with company benefits based in Marina Del Rey, CA.

The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $90,000 to $108,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.

What You'll Do:

  • Dr. Squatch Amazon
    • All onsite merchandising for all our Amazon territories, including creative, copy and catalog hygiene; ongoing merchandising updates in partnership with the content and ops teams
    • New launch process, including owning new launch calendar & discontinuing SKUs, and moving new products from conception through to launch
    • Pricing and promotional deal execution: scheduling, deal management, promo calendar — coordinating across internal teams and agencies to get things live on time
  • Dr. Squatch Digital Retail — Walmart.com, Target.com and others
    • Catalog and content management across both platforms — ensuring listings are accurate, optimized, and reflective of our brand
    • Coordinating with agency partners on operational execution
    • Supporting the retail media team with operational inputs (content, promotional setup, catalog accuracy)

About You:

  • 1–3 years of ecommerce merchandising experience; Walmart.com, Target.com and Amazon experience experience is preferred
  • Detail-oriented and reliable — you catch things before they become problems
  • You default to bringing a solution, not just surfacing an issue
  • Comfortable juggling multiple workstreams across different platforms without losing track
  • Low ego, high ownership — this team moves fast and trusts people to get things done
  • Bonus: experience with Amazon Seller Central, PPC advertising, or retail media platforms
  • Someone who gets things done without perfect resources, takes ownership, proactively helps others, stays positive, and has a good sense of humor.

Who We Are:

Our core values come naturally and make us a better, more whole, and unique team. We are Bold & Innovative - we are creative, rethink how things are done, and find a way. We Play to Win - we have high standards, we encourage ownership of work, we are scrappy, we act with urgency, and we invest in the outcome of our work. We are Team Squatch - we are humble, help others outside our own wheelhouse, stay positive, have fun, and have approachable and transparent leadership.

We offer a competitive salary in a growth-focused & collaborative team environment. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k with Squatch match, and PTO. We also have great perks like healthy snacks, frequent company events, and of course, free products!
