As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you'll support Uline's Branch Manager at our Nevada location, handling communications and special projects to ensure smooth business operations. You'll play a key role in keeping priorities on track, improving processes and supporting key initiatives that contribute to the success of our growing North American company.

Position Responsibilities

  • Support the Branch Manager at Uline's Nevada location, organizing reporting, preparing memos and identifying data trends.

  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings and interviews, and arrange travel.

  • Maintain and improve department documentation, processes and procedures.

  • Apply business knowledge and discretion when handling assignments and projects.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
