Job description

This is a remote position.

Company:
4Ever Young Anti-Aging Solutions (Corporate)
Location:
Remote (U.S.) | Must Be Within Practical Distance of a Major Airport
Employment:
Full-Time | W2 | Director Level
Compensation:
Up to $120,000 Target Total Compensation (Base + Target Bonus)
Travel:
Up to 70% | Field-Based Center Visits, Franchisee Meetings, and New Center Openings

You are a great fit here if you have franchisor-side franchise field coaching experience specifically within the med spa, aesthetics, wellness, or beauty space, and you are looking for a high-travel, high-impact role at the corporate level of a growing national franchise. If you can diagnose underperformance, build a plan with clear owners and deadlines, and hold franchisee partners accountable without direct authority – keep reading. This role requires both: franchisor-side franchise portfolio coaching experience AND direct background in the med spa, aesthetics, or wellness space. Either without the other is not a fit.

The Role

As a Senior Franchise Business Coach at 4Ever Young Corporate, you will own performance coaching for an assigned franchisee portfolio across all lifecycle stages – new, developing, and mature locations. This is a high-accountability field coaching role: you will diagnose performance gaps, build action plans with clear owners and deadlines, and run a repeatable cadence that moves key KPIs within a med spa-adjacent, service-provider model. You will be in centers, not behind a desk.

What You’ll Do
  • Run performance coaching using scorecards, structured check-ins, and documented follow-through – not vague guidance.
  • Diagnose underperformance and prioritize the highest-leverage fixes: capacity and utilization, staffing, conversion, retention, standards.
  • Build and track action plans tied to deadlines and measurable outcomes – who owns what by when.
  • Influence franchisees without authority; hold commitments and navigate hard accountability conversations.
  • Conduct onsite reviews, interventions, and support new location openings and onsite training as needed.
  • Partner with internal teams across Operations, Marketing, Training, and Development to remove blockers and accelerate execution.
  • Track progress in tools like Zenoti, CRM, and Microsoft 365 (or comparable) and use reporting to drive follow-up.
Outcomes You’ll Be Expected to Move
  • YoY revenue growth across portfolio
  • Membership and recurring revenue (net gain + retention)
  • Conversion (lead-to-prospect, consult-to-close, or equivalent)
  • Average ticket and service mix
  • Client and patient experience + quality execution
  • Operating standards adoption and training compliance

RequirementsMust-Haves
  • 3+ years in a franchisor-side field support role – Franchise Business Coach, Franchise Consultant, or Field Operations Coach with an assigned franchisee portfolio – within a med spa, aesthetics, wellness, or beauty brand. Franchise experience in other verticals and med spa or wellness experience without a franchise field coaching background are each not a fit for this role.
  • Proven KPI ownership with specifics: baseline → action plan → execution cadence → measured results. Numbers and timeframe required.
  • Comfortable influencing franchise owners without direct authority and holding partners accountable to commitments through the relationship.
  • U.S.-based, within practical distance of a major airport, and able to sustain up to ~70% travel on an ongoing basis.
Nice-to-Haves
  • New center opening and launch readiness experience.
  • Zenoti experience (or similar POS/CRM).
  • Membership conversion and retention enablement background.
  • Dashboard-driven coaching discipline – clear scorecards, structured check-ins, documented action plans.

BenefitsWhat This Role Offers
  • Compensation: Up to $120,000 target total compensation (base + target bonus).
  • Employment: Full-Time, W2, Director Level.
  • Travel: Up to ~70% with travel support.
  • Benefits package and travel support: details shared during the interview process.
