We are seeking a Senior Executive Search  to build and lead a high-performing team responsible for all leadership level of hiring. This role partners closely with Senior leadership and HR to deliver exceptional executive recruitment outcomes and ensure a best‑in‑class candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

    End-to-End Executive Recruiting

    • Oversee and guide all search strategies, candidate sourcing, pipeline development, assessments, interview design, and offer negotiations for all G-level (Senior Director and above) positions.
    • Act as a primary partner to senior business leaders, HRBPs, and TA leadership on all executive hiring needs.
    • Ensure exceptional candidate experience for senior-level talent reflective of the company’s leadership values and brand.

    Governance & Process Excellence

    • Design, implement, and continuously improve executive search processes, tools, scorecards, and governance frameworks.
    • Maintain strong compliance and ensure all searches adhere to global recruiting standards and best practices.
    • Deliver executive hiring metrics, reporting, and insights to Talent Acquisition and executive leadership teams.

    Search Firm Management

    • Act as the key owner of all relationships with external executive search firms.
    • Establish and maintain a preferred vendor program, including selection, negotiation, performance evaluation, and cost management.
    • Ensure external partners deliver consistent quality, diverse slates, and strategic market insights.

    Market Intelligence & Talent Advisory

    • Provide deep market mapping, competitive landscape research, compensation benchmarking, and succession pipeline insights.
    • Partner with HR and senior leaders to influence talent strategies and long-term workforce planning for executive roles
    Qualifications

    Required

    • Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in executive search—either in-house, from a top-tier search firm, or a combination of both.
    • Strong track record managing senior-level searches (Senior Director / VP / C-Suite).
    • Proven experience building and leading recruiting teams.
    • Expertise in managing executive hiring processes, assessment tools, and stakeholder engagement.
    • Strong ability to influence, advise, and partner with senior executives.
    • Exceptional communication, executive presence, and relationship-building skills.
    • High discretion and ability to handle confidential or sensitive information.

    Preferred

    • Experience in a global, matrixed corporate environment.
    • Deep knowledge of market dynamics, talent trends, and executive compensation.
    • Strong vendor management and negotiation capabilities
