We're looking for a driven Technical Recruiter who is passionate about connecting exceptional talent with exciting opportunities in a fast-paced, global business. You will be based in Hillsboro, Oregon. You will source candidates ranging from entry level technicians to world class professionals to support the world's leading semiconductor equipment and device manufacturing companies.

You will be confident networking and building relationships with new and existing clients, sourcing candidates ranging from entry-level technicians to world-class professionals to support the world's leading semiconductor equipment and device manufacturing companies.

We are looking for a technical recruiter to take on sourcing assignments in the US with the following skills:

  • Direct sourcing and recruiting experience which will have included semiconductor cleanroom technology.
  • Additional technology areas of preference include high tech manufacturing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, manufacturing in general, aerospace, other areas of technology.
  • Prior knowledge of using internet based candidate search tools e.g. Facebook / Linked-in / On-line Databases
  • Knowledge of creating mail-shots from suitable candidate management programs
  • Experienced in working closely with hiring managers and HR to manage the full internal promotions recruitment
  • Management of resume database to include addition of new candidates and screening existing database with prior candidates for suitability / availability.
  • Pre-screen of candidates for current customer requirements & identification of current available candidates
  • Set-up and coordinate client interviews
  • Management of the candidate hiring / on-boarding process
  • Knowledge of using MS applications
  • Excellent people skills & ability to cold call on the phone.
