Job description

As our Marketing Brand Strategist, you’ll partner closely with the Mortgage Marketing Senior Brand Strategist and Marketing Director to shape and execute innovative marketing strategies across our full MarTech ecosystem -including CRM, marketing automation, digital content, analytics, testing and optimization, social platforms, and paid media. In this highly collaborative role, you’ll serve as the bridge between business segments and Marketing -working directly with leaders, loan officers, and partners to uncover opportunities, architect smart solutions, and drive measurable increases in sales performance and brand awareness.
What You’ll Do:

  • Act as the key liaison between business leaders and Marketing, translating needs into actionable, high-impact marketing strategies.
  • Evaluate incoming requests, provide clear guidance and summaries, respond thoughtfully, or redirect as needed to ensure efficiency and alignment.
  • Continuously improve marketing platforms, tools, and campaigns - applying insights to enhance performance and ROI.
  • Support workflow management and assist with project management for companywide initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and priorities stay on track.
  • Develop compelling content for social and digital strategies that elevates our brands and resonates with target audiences.
  • Deliver training sessions that empower loan officers and partners to confidently leverage marketing platforms and tools.
  • Create and deliver polished sales presentations for loan officers and partners that clearly communicate value and drive engagement.
  • Build tailored marketing strategy plans for assigned brands and loan officers using existing platforms and capabilities.
  • Write clear, thoughtful creative briefs that align stakeholders and guide effective marketing deliverables.
  • Offer strategic insights and solution-driven recommendations that help clients and internal partners solve challenges and seize opportunities.
  • Ensure all work adheres to applicable federal laws and regulations, including AML and BSA requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Professional experience using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Intermediate-level Excel skills
  • Exceptional organization, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Confidence speaking to groups and leading discussions
  • High discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential information
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, SEM, social advertising, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Flexibility in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Ability to interpret and effectively apply policies and guidelines
