Job Specifics
  • Location: 744 S Webster Ave, Green Bay, WI 54301
  • FTE Status: Full-time and part-time available
  • Work Schedule: Shift rotations include: Straight PMs, straight overnights, or a day/overnight hybrid rotation. All will be every third weekend.
  • Unit/Department Description: Nursing Services (Float) personnel receive training across all Med-Surg units and are offered the chance to cross-train in areas of higher acuity, including the ICU and Maternity Units. They are compensated for the expectation of competence and confidence in these diverse areas. This allows staff to acquire a broad range of knowledge and experience while fostering relationships across the organization.

Job Description:
  • The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible and accountable for providing quality professional nursing care to patients and their families and significant others adhering to the WI Nurse Practice Act, Administrative Code of the WI Board of Nursing, and/or appropriate nursing standards governing nursing in the state of practice, the ANA Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice, the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses and Bellin Health Policies and Procedures. The responsibility includes providing a safe environment for patients, families, staff, and visitors and working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary health care team to provide the best outcomes for the patient. Community involvement and collaboration is encouraged.
