Your Team, Your Impact
Marvell utilizes a wide range of test equipment hardware platforms such as Cohu, Hontech, Chroma, Seiko Epson, Delta Test Handlers as well as Semics and TEL Wafer Probers to develop and test the various Carrier, Automotive, Enterprise and Data Center product lines. The Test Operations group maintains these platforms as well as other equipment to support the testing operations.
What You Can Expect
  • Setup and run semiconductor automated testing equipment. Ensure operational documents and quantity reports are accurate, complete and timely for each operation.
  • Work closely with Marvell Test, Product and Equipment teams to ensure setups are properly completed.
  • Troubleshoot setup issues and if needed the ability to properly communicate with other support personnel in order to resolve the issue.
  • Meet test priority and on-time goals.
  • Work cohesively with other team members and assist to achieve testing objectives.
  • Be proactive in identifying issues and resolving them quickly to satisfy productions objectives and customer needs.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Team focused and can work with little or no supervision; interacts with peers and internal support personnel to coordinate work.
  • 100% manufacturing environment.

What We're Looking For
  • Certification from a qualified vocational/technical school or 3 years of equivalent experience in the semiconductor industry and has developed specialized knowledge and skills in this area.
  • Hands-on experience in running semiconductor test equipment.
  • Team focused and can work with little or no supervision; interacts with peers and internal support personnel to coordinate work.
  • Hands on trouble shooting skills with tester, handlers, thermal control systems.
  • Good Excel skills.
  • Good email, communication and written skills.
  • Ability to work with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to calculate test yield and troubleshoot routine tester issues.
  • 100% manufacturing environment. Must be able to meet shift schedule as stated on posting.
  • Able to push, pull and/or lift 30 lbs. equipment/package parts.
  • This is an hourly position that requires the flexibility to work additional hours if necessary to complete critical goals. Must be able to meet shift schedule as stated on posting.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
25 - 37, $ per hour.
The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
